I updated to Banktivity 5, but iBank continues to ask me to update.

Banktivity 5 will install as a new app named “Banktivity 5” in the Applications folder. Installing the Banktivity 5 update will not replace your existing version of iBank 5. If you have a alias or shortcut on the Dock to launch iBank, the existing alias/shortcut will continue to open iBank 5, not Banktivity 5.

In this case we recommend quitting iBank by going to iBank> Quit iBank, then open the Applications folder and double-click directly on “Banktivity 5” to launch Banktivity 5. You may also want to drag the old iBank 5 application file to the trash and create a new alias/shortcut for Banktivity 5.
