This is an issue that needs to be fixed by Lloyds. Recently Lloyds started sending files without including .qif (or .csv) file extensions, which produces a blank screen in Banktivity when importing. You should be able to download the file from the Lloyds website using an external web browser, like Safari or Firefox. Then manually add the .qif (or .csv) file extension to the downloaded file. Once you have the file extension added to the downloaded file you should be able to import the file into Banktivity by going to File> Import.
