Banktivity for iPad crashing on the new iPad Pro’s is related to using Face ID on the iPad Pro. To resolve this issue you should be able to delete and reinstall the Banktivity for iPad app on your iPad. After deleting and reinstalling the Banktivity for iPad app, when setting up your new Document do NOT enable a password in Banktivity for iPad if you are using Face ID on your iPad. If you would like to set a password in Banktivity for your Document (data) to open, we would recommend turning Face ID off on your iPad.
Our development team is aware of these issues with Face ID in Banktivity for iPad and hope to have these issues resolves soon. Once these issues have been resolved you will be able to start using Face ID with Banktivity for iPad again.
