For this error you will need to Force Quit Banktivity – go to > Force Quit. You may lose the last entry or so when Force Quitting Banktivity, but since Banktivity saves automatically after each entry it should not be more than an entry or so. After Force Quitting Banktivity you should not have this issue again.
