To update your username/password in iBank, you will need to disable and re-enable downloading for the account in iBank. Please try the following steps:
- Go to iBank> Preferences, then click on the Advanced tab. Under “For Direct Connect iBank will identify itself as,” make sure you are using the setting “Quicken Windows 2011” (this is the proper setting for most banks).
- Select the account from the left hand side of the iBank window by clicking on the account name (single-click)
- Go to Account> Disable Online Account Access
- Go to Account> Set Up Online Account Access
- Enter your account information in the windows that follow.
