If you downloaded Banktivity from IGG Software (banktivity.com) then you’ll want to do the following:

1. Launch Banktivity
2. Go to this menu item File > Subscription > View My Subscription
3. Then click “Manage”
4. Then click on the text that says “Cancel…” (do not click on the Cancel button)

If you downloaded the app from the Mac App Store or App Store, you’ll want to follow these instructions.
