UPDATE 11/27/2021: We have received confirmation from customers that they are now able to refresh their US Bank account using Direct Access in Banktivity.
We are aware that Direct Access is offline for US Bank. This is preventing users of personal finance apps from downloading transactions. Our Direct Access team is currently working on getting the issue resolved for Banktivity.
In the meantime, you can import your transaction using Banktivity’s built-in web browser or manually import from your bank. Here is a link that includes the instructions for setting that up:
