After upgrading to Banktivity 7 I need to repeatedly sign in to my Banktivity ID account and/or enter my Cloud Sync password

We have heard some reports of issues with Banktivity ID and/or Cloud Sync passwords after upgrading to Banktivity 7.  Our development team recommends the following steps to help resolve these issues:

Open Keychain Access on your Mac. Keychain Access is a default utility application that comes pre-installed on all Mac’s. Keychain Access is located inside the Utilities folder, the Utilities folder is located inside the Applications folder – /Applications/Utilities/Keychain Access 

You can also try searching for: Keychain Access   

From Keychain Access search for the following Keychains and delete any/all Keychains you find:

com.iggsoftware.service.authentication
auth.iggsoftware.com

After deleting the existing keychains, you will need to Restart your Mac for the changes to take effect. After your Mac restarts you may need to sign in to your Banktivity ID account one more time, but after that your issues should be resolved.
