In order to connect your accounts in Banktivity using Direct Access (Salt Edge), you must link your Chase accounts using the same device on which the Chase mobile app is installed. This is due to security protocols set by Chase.

PenFed is blocking Yodlee’s IPs so we are currently unable to offer Direct Access support. Yodlee will continue to request access to PenFed’s site but in the meantime, you should be able to download transactions using Banktivity’s built-in web browser.
