Document Monitor. Let iBiz keep track of how much time you spend using different files on your computer, then easily assign the time logged to job events. Automatically start and stop timers while working on files kept in your File Cabinet.
Improved Reports. View a breakdown of earnings or time by client, project, or job event quickly and easily. Report on individual employees' time contributions. Export your report data to tab-delimited files for further analysis.
iCal Synchronization. No more haphazard event posting! Use Sync Services to automatically sync entire iBiz Projects with calendars in iCal.
New Billing Section. Organize your invoices and estimates more intuitively, track partial payments and deposits, and assign payments to multiple invoices.
Improved Invoicing. Separate expenses from earnings, display info for multiple clients and projects on a single invoice, and create job events from estimate events with one click.
New Job Events. Keep track of your commute with mileage events, and mark events "non-billable" to track time you don't want to bill for.
AppleScript Support. Use Applescript and Automator workflows to streamline your workflow. Create invoices, check for overdue balances and do a lot more. Let the scripts do the work so you don't have to.
Quick Timers. Start timers on the fly, then assign the timed events to clients whenever it is more convenient. The improved menu bar timer lets you work more efficiently.
